Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to support our Operation Team in Photovoltaic Projects assigned. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project life cycle, from post-signing contract phase to complete closure with final system testing.

The Technical Project Manager will serve as the primary contact between client companies and subcontracting companies providing labor, manage supplier and subcontractor selection while ensuring compliance with estimated costs for maximizing contract margins, address problematic situations on construction sites by scheduling technical site visits and providing detailed reports, coordinate material delivery to sites, manage external suppliers, and adhere to delivery timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a Technical field (Electrical or Mechanical), passion and strong motivation, minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, flexibility and adaptability in construction site activity dynamics, predisposition to independently find solutions, availability for travel and business trips, ability to work in teams, proficiency in Autocad / Excel / Word, and knowledge of safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81 / 08).
