We are seeking an Electrical/Harness Engineer responsible for:

• Supporting the electrical and harness system as a specialist, reviewing requirements for Electrical Interfaces and Harness aspects, and contributing to electrical architecture definition.
• Contributing to System Technical specifications, including electrical and harness interface requirements.
• Preparing and maintaining harness specifications and scope of work for harness manufacturing subcontractors.
• Supporting subcontractor ITT selection, clarification, negotiation, and technical follow-up.
• Participating in technical reviews and meetings with subcontractors regarding electrical and harness topics.
• Preparing and maintaining the system electrical schematic and interconnection diagrams.
• Supporting stress and worst-case analyses of units.
• Participating in system and subsystem review meetings.
• Processing NCRs and RFIs related to electrical and harness topics.

Qualifications include a degree in Electronics, Aerospace, or equivalent, with experience in electronic and electrical systems. Proficiency in MS Office, data management, and engineering tools like Matlab/Simulink, MathCad, Spice, and Visual Basic is required. Fluency in English is mandatory; French is optional. Availability for short/medium business trips within Italy or abroad is necessary.
