Your Role

we are seeking an experienced senior ecommerce manager able to lead our international online sales strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will be datadriven with a strong ability to analyze digital data manage digital projects act as a digital project leader and make informed decisions to transform strategic decisions and projects into revenues and unique customer experience. This role requires extensive experience managing a complex multilanguage and multicountry ecommerce platform with a deep understanding of pricing catalog management stock availability crossselling and upselling strategies.

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive sales increase customer engagement and enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage the daytoday operations of the ecommerce platform including catalog and stock management pricing strategies and website maintenance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create effective online campaigns and promotions that drive traffic and conversion.
  • Oversee the customer funnel from demand generation to conversion ensuring a seamless and efficient shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth postsales operations including customer service shipping and returns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

About You

  • Proven experience managing a complex ecommerce platform preferably in a multilanguage and multicountry context.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret digital data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of ecommerce best practices including SEO SEM email marketing and social media strategies.
  • Experience with consumer funnels from demand generation to postsales operations.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Information Technology or a related field.
