We are looking for a Senior Director of EMEA and LATAM Field Marketing who brings a clear vision and a deep understanding of B2B Marketing in the digital and technology sectors, including expertise in data storage and management, cloud services, and emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader whose primary focus will be to align marketing initiatives and execution with the business priorities of EMEA and LATAM. This seasoned professional will blend a strategic marketing mindset with a proven track record of operational excellence. With a hands-on approach, the ideal candidate will develop and execute Area-specific action plans that drive measurable impact, enhancing opportunity volume and strengthening the pipeline. Leading a team of Field Marketers, the Senior Director will ensure that every marketing effort is not only tightly integrated but also directly supports the specific needs and priorities of the EMEA and LATAM regions, fostering growth and bolstering our regional business objectives. As an integral part of the EMEA and LATAM leadership team, this individual will collaborate with key stakeholders across the sales organization and marketing ecosystem to develop, refine, and execute a GTM strategy and omnichannel marketing plan that are both globally aligned and locally resonant.
Reporting to the VP of WW Field Marketing, this role requires a leader who will make a direct impact on the company's success. The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic foresight and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every initiative is executed with focus and precision to deliver results that matter.
The candidate must be located in close proximity to a NetApp office and required to work in the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
