Tory Burch is seeking a senior leader to drive financial planning, business operations, and inventory strategy across Direct-to-Consumer and Wholesale channels in Europe and the Middle East.

You will lead data-driven forecasts, collaborate with Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale, Buying and Finance to optimize profitability, and manage Open-to-Buy and inventory planning across multiple markets.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or Supply Chain.
• Proven experience in planning, analytics, and inventory management in retail or luxury.
• Experience leading planning teams across markets and channels.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end financial planning for sales, margin, inventory and profitability.
• Develop and manage multi-year plans, budgets, and monthly forecasts.
• Align commercial strategies with Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale and Finance leaders.
• Provide monthly reviews on sales, margin and inventory performance.
• Lead Open-to-Buy processes, assortment planning and inventory optimization.
