Chiesi is seeking a Senior Director, Global Quality Integration & Alliances to define, lead, and execute global quality integration activities tied to mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and strategic partnerships. The role ensures integration into the global QMS with compliant, risk-based governance across the network.

You will oversee quality governance for external partners and alliances, shaping standards for partner agreements and escalation paths while driving compliance with GxP

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality.
• Strong knowledge of global GxP regulations and quality risk management.

Mansioni

• Own and lead the global quality integration strategy for acquisitions, divestments, and growth initiatives.
• Act as Global Quality Integration Lead for M&A activities, including due diligence and post‑deal integration.
• Define and execute quality integration roadmaps, gap assessments, and remediation plans.
• Provide global quality governance oversight for external partners and alliances.
• Define standards for partner quality agreements, oversight models, and escalation pathways.
• Ensure compliance with global GxP regulations and inspection readiness.
• Lead cross‑functional integration teams across Global Quality and business functions.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve integration playbooks and tools.
