Chiesi Farmaceutici S.p.A. in Parma (HQ Italy) seeks an experienced Quality Leader to drive global supplier oversight for APIs, excipients, packaging materials, and device components.

You will lead a small team, ensure harmonized qualification, risk management and governance across multiple sites, while collaborating with Global Procurement and Regulatory Affairs. The role requires at least 10 years in pharmaceutical quality management, strong GMP knowledge, and fluent English.

Competenze

• Significant experience (not less than 10 years) in pharmaceutical quality management and supplier quality oversight.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements applicable to APIs, excipients, packaging materials and devices.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in complex global and cross-functional environments.

Mansioni

• Define global supplier qualification and lifecycle management for APIs, excipients, packaging materials and critical components.
• Establish and maintain the global supplier quality governance framework with standards and procedures.
• Define and monitor supplier quality KPIs, scorecards and performance reviews.
• Implement a risk-based framework for supplier oversight and business continuity.
• Govern supplier changes and assess regulatory impact of changes.
• Oversee quality agreements, escalations and corrective actions with suppliers.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, regulatory, and QA functions worldwide.
