IQVIA in Italy seeks a Clinical Project Management Director to lead patient-centered studies and ITI programs within PCS. You will manage global teams, drive delivery excellence, and ensure financial and client objectives are met.

You will partner with sponsors and scientific teams, oversee risk, mentor Clinical Project Managers, and sustain growth in evidence generation for high-profile programs.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
• Proven experience leading global clinical studies and programs.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and client contracts.

Mansioni

• Direct delivery of complex patient experience studies and in-trial interview programs.
• Lead strategic planning across large studies, programs, and accounts.
• Executive sponsor and senior relationship lead for client accounts.
• Build trusted sponsor relationships and manage delivery strategy and risks.
• Oversee study plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Mentor Clinical Project Managers and support career progression.
