IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Project Management Director to lead complex patient experience studies and in-trial interview programs within the Patient-Centered Solutions portfolio. You will work as a senior strategic partner with global sponsor teams, guiding delivery, finances, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will direct multidisciplinary teams, develop strategic plans, and ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory standards while driving growth and operational excellence.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in life sciences, public health, or related discipline preferred.
• Significant experience in clinical research, project leadership, or patient-centered research.
• Extensive experience managing complex global studies or client portfolios.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial delivery, regulatory requirements and GCP.
• Experience supporting proposals, pricing discussions, and bid defenses.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing project profitability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
