Job summary

Malwarebytes is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for its Consumer team. You will own AWS infrastructure with Terraform, enforce security, and drive modern CI/CD automation. You will manage site reliability, on-call incidents, and build tooling for developers to keep momentum.

The role emphasizes automation over manual work, with a focus on least-privilege security, cloud guardrails, and scalable release processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on DevOps or SRE in AWS with security focus.
• Strong IaC and modular Terraform code; IaC security mindset.
• Expertise in GitHub Actions pipelines with security scanning.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve AWS cloud infra with Terraform and security defaults.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines with automated security checks.
• Lead SRE practices: define SLOs, observability, and post-mortems.
• Manage on-call incidents end-to-end and document runbooks.
• Keep docs, runbooks, and architecture diagrams up to date.
