We are recruiting a highly motivated and proactive DevOps Engineer to become a part of our client's technical team.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with HPC support personnel to address user inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and in-person.
2. Troubleshooting interactive problems and seeing client issue tickets through to resolution.
3. Documenting solutions in a knowledgebase.
4. Collaborating with application and system administrators to identify advanced solutions.
5. Setting up and configuring applications.
6. Analyzing and enhancing application performance.
7. Creating and delivering user training.

Essential Skills:
3 years of experience in similar roles.
Good knowledge of Italian and English languages.
Experience in Linux Enterprise (Redhat EL, SLES, etc.) and Linux environments (bash scripting, system setup & configuration).
Experience in DevOps toolchains.
Experience with containers (Kubernetes).
Experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, Fargate).
Strong technical consulting and support skills.

Preferential Requirements:
Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
Experience with version control systems and CI/CD procedures (GitHub / Gitlab, Jenkins).
