The Role

Intesa SpA (a Kyndryl group company) is seeking a Senior Developer to join our Delivery team as part of our growth in digital transformation projects.

The successful candidate will be part of an agile/scrum team responsible for implementing and maintaining project solutions.

As a Senior Developer, you will design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions. Your responsibilities include creating well-documented, tested, and ready-for-integration components, architecting solutions, and managing CI/CD pipelines.

You will estimate work efforts, guide feature development, and contribute to product success through innovation and excellence. This role offers ownership of your work and opportunities to enhance your problem-solving, collaboration, and automation skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing assigned tasks independently while meeting deadlines
• Documenting development work
• Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior team members
• Promoting best practices in software development and management

Who You Are

You have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude. You are familiar with Agile/Scrum, proficient in programming languages like Java, C# .NET, Python, or Node, and experienced with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Express, and .NET. You know development tools like GitLab, Docker, Jenkins, and Postman, and understand RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with databases like Elasticsearch, and basic server infrastructure knowledge are also important. Excellent communication skills in English are required.

Location: Turin-Milan (with smart working contract)
