Ermenegildo Zegna in Milan seeks a Senior Designer - Fashion Show to drive the creative process for seasonal collections, translating concepts into refined sketches and technical drawings.

You will collaborate with design and product development, contribute to fittings and runway activities, and uphold craftsmanship and innovation across leatherwear, finishing, and color specification.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Designer in luxury or contemporary fashion.
• Strong expertise in leatherwear, garment construction, and finishing techniques.
• Experience supporting fashion shows and runway collections.
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent sketching and technical drawing skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

• Support the design team through the creative research and development phases of seasonal collections.
• Translate creative concepts into sketches, detailed design proposals, and precise technical drawings, including constructions, stitching, patterns, proportions, and graphic details in line with project guidelines.
• Prepare and update technical documentation covering materials, manufacturing details, finishes, trims, and color specifications.
• Work closely with product development and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between creative vision and product execution.
• Assist during fittings, styling reviews, photoshoots, and runway-related activities when required.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and evolution of the collection with a strong focus on quality and innovation.
