We are seeking a Senior Design System Designer to collaborate with the Design System project team on designing and evolving patterns, ensuring quality and creative standards are met.

If you believe you are the right fit, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design patterns for the TeamSystem Design System, write and extend guidelines;
• Collaborate with developers to build design system libraries;
• Engage with stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements and present proposals;
• Translate requirements into design solutions, including information architecture, navigation, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes;
• Contribute to best practices and design methodologies;
• Foster alignment across departments for unified communication and experience;
• Evaluate user flows and overall experience as needed;
• Provide feedback via Figma, Miro, Confluence, email, and report to relevant teams and product owners.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience designing digital products (websites, applications) in structured companies or agencies;
• Data-driven approach with knowledge of front-end logic (web and mobile) and experience in interaction and UI design;
• Proficiency with Figma, including design library management and collaboration;
• Degree in Interaction Design or related field;
• Structured work approach with goal setting and result monitoring;
• Ability to organize tasks, manage multiple priorities, mentor colleagues, and pursue continuous improvement;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external collaboration.

Nice to have: Experience creating UI components and knowledge of Enterprise UX contexts.
