Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our business with Italian video advertising buyers. In this role, you will work closely with senior account directors, account planning teams, traders, and investment directors within our agency partners, while building strong relationships with advertisers to promote AudienceXpress media solutions. You will play a pivotal role in executing the demand-side sales strategy, managing opportunities from qualification to negotiation and development, and establishing yourself as a trusted partner in the digital advertising ecosystem.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue and Client Relationships : Execute agency-focused sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, while building and maintaining long-term relationships with key agency holding groups, advertisers, and senior clients to secure ad partnerships and foster growth.
  • Strategic Sales Execution : Implement tailored sales plans and strategies for premium online video advertising, aligning with client needs and positioning the company as a trusted partner in the Italian media ecosystem.
  • Collaboration and Campaign Delivery : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Demand Account Management and AdOps, to ensure seamless delivery of advertising campaigns and optimal use of inventory / CPMs.
  • Market Insight and Innovation : Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to identify opportunities for innovation and ensure the company remains a preferred partner for video advertising solutions.

About you :

  • 3–5 years of experience in advertising or media sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • A well-established network of relationships with at least one major Media Agency or Holding Company in Italy
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A collaborative team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to work independently
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, eager to thrive in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
  • Deep understanding of programmatic and / or the video ecosystem is a plus
