A market leader in global financial services and next-generation multi-channel trading software systems is working with GRS to recruit a Senior Dealer to join their rapidly expanding Nicosia operation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and hold the CySEC certification. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Daily management and monitoring of the Trading Platforms.
  2. Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimizing system parameters when needed.
  3. Reviewing client accounts upon requests relating to trading activity and/or platform performance and providing resolution for such inquiries.
  4. Executing client orders and assisting clients with inquiries.
  5. Monitoring exposure due to trading activity and provision of relevant reports when required.
  6. Following the relevant processes and procedures as per the Company’s internal operations manual and the applicable laws and directives.
  7. Providing support to the Chief Dealer and Chief Operations Officer.
  8. Keeping up to date with market information and preparation of market reports.
  9. Complying with internal company policies and procedures.
  10. Undertaking any other related tasks assigned by management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or other related field.
  2. Basic or Advanced Certification of the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission.
  3. At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  4. Experience in FX and commodities trading and hedging is a must.
  5. Good knowledge of the regulatory regime for financial markets and investment firms.
  6. Good and proven understanding of the financial and capital markets will be considered a significant advantage.
  7. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  8. Computer literacy and ability to work simultaneously with a variety of systems.
  9. Dynamic and flexible with strong attention to detail.
  10. Target-oriented, competitive, and success-driven.
  11. Team player.
