We're Hiring: Senior Data Scientist – Micro-Mobility (AI, Operations & Revenue Focus)

At RideMovi, we’re revolutionizing urban mobility with AI-driven, sustainable, and efficient micro-mobility solutions like e-scooters and e-bikes. Our mission? Smarter cities, reduced congestion, and seamless mobility for everyone.

We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to help us optimize fleet operations, boost revenue, and analyze customer behavior. If you're passionate about AI-powered decision-making and mobility innovation, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

1. AI & Predictive Analytics

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for fleet optimization, revenue forecasting, and user behavior analysis.
• Leverage AI-driven demand prediction to improve vehicle rebalancing and battery swap efficiency.
• Implement real-time AI algorithms for operational decision-making.

Operations & Fleet Optimization

• Build AI-powered relocation strategies to position vehicles in high-demand areas.
• Optimize battery swap schedules with predictive maintenance models.
• Improve fleet management efficiency using advanced data science techniques.
• Use AI to optimize pricing models and increase profitability.
• Develop predictive models for financial forecasting and cost reduction.
• Analyze customer lifetime value (LTV) and identify growth opportunities.

Customer Behavior & Experience

• Analyze user behavior, churn, and ride patterns to enhance retention.
• Apply A/B testing and reinforcement learning for personalized promotions and pricing.
• Use AI-powered segmentation to improve customer engagement and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For

1. 5+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning (preferably in mobility, logistics, or finance).
2. Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
3. Strong skills in Python or R, SQL, and experience with Big Data technologies.
4. Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML tools (SageMaker, Redshift, Lambda) – other cloud platforms are a plus but not required.
5. Knowledge of geospatial data analysis (GeoPandas, QGIS, PostGIS) is a plus.
6. Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
7. A data-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
