Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist for the OTS ANCHOR team to design and deploy ML models for IT operations forecasting and incident management.

You will build anomaly detection and triaging models, and productionize pipelines using AWS services such as SageMaker, Step Functions, Lambda, and Redshift. This role requires strong quantitative skills and 5+ years of data science experience, with collaboration across engineering, analytics, and field operations to translate

Competenze

• 5+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL) or statistical software experience.
• 4+ years of data scientist experience.
• Experience with statistical models (e.g. multinomial logistic regression).
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, economics, engineering, or CS.
• Experience building and deploying production ML models (classification, regression, time-series forecasting, anomaly detection).

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models for IT operations forecasting and incident volume prediction.
• Build severity classification and intelligent triaging models for thousands of daily IT tickets.
• Develop anomaly detection systems to identify emerging patterns in operational data.
• Create econometric and statistical frameworks to measure interventions and optimize resources.
• Partner with engineering to productionize ML models via automated pipelines using AWS services.
• Design experiments to validate model performance and impact.
• Develop data quality monitoring frameworks and establish data integrity standards.
