Job summary

Prima, the Italian data-driven motor insurance leader, is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to define the data product strategy for Italy and ensure data is accessible and actionable for business leaders, analysts, PMs, and data science teams.

You will partner with the Data Engineering Manager and Data Platform teams to align data products with company standards, balancing stakeholder needs with scalable, reliable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product/Data Management in data-intensive environments.
• Analytical mindset with focus on metrics, data quality and model performance.
• Strategic coordination across stakeholders and engineering.
• Technical fluency with data analysis, APIs, data pipelines, ML workflows.
• Strong communication and leadership to drive consensus.

Responsibilities

• Define the Country Data Strategy for the Italian business.
• Bridge stakeholders and tech with data consumers and Engineering.
• Own the data lifecycle from discovery to monitoring and impact.
• Drive data product self-service by improving data catalog and data dictionary.
• Define data quality checks, monitoring and alerting; communicate breaking changes.
• Foster a data culture with evidence-based decisions.
