MSD is seeking a data management professional to organize and optimize enterprise data to support all business processes. You will identify trends, troubleshoot data issues, and work with data architects to ensure compliant, high-quality data delivery across ETL/ELT pipelines.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum of four years in Data Modeling, Data Solution Development, and Data Integration.
• Experience with MES/ERP/PLM/SCADA/historian/LIMS/QMS integration is highly preferred.
• Extensive experience with Python, SQL, and/or C# .NET.
• Hands-on AWS data stack (S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift, Lake Formation, Kinesis, Lambda, IAM). AWS certifications preferred.
• Experience contributing to data mesh, data fabric, or Digital Thread initiatives.
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Familiarity with data governance, cataloging, and data catalog tools.

Mansioni

• Develop data pipelines from multiple sources to MES, ERP, PLM, SCADA/historian, and quality systems.
• Create and maintain data structure mappings and metadata.
• Design domain-oriented data products aligned to a data mesh model with clear ownership and SLAs.
• Collaborate with architecture, application engineering, and business analysts to deliver content securely and timely.
• Manage full life cycle of ETL/ELT deployments with Git, automated tests, CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to deliver analytics on OEE, yield, scrap, throughput, and traceability.
• Prepare AI/ML-ready datasets, feature pipelines, and dataset versioning for predictive quality and RAG use cases.
