Position: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and talented Project Manager to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for managing key client projects, leading end-to-end initiatives, and ensuring project delivery on time and within scope. Your role includes managing client and stakeholder relationships, maintaining project documentation, overseeing testing processes, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure success.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage organization of key client projects from initiation to completion.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet desired outcomes.
3. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
4. Create and maintain project documentation and meeting notes.
5. Oversee testing processes and track results.
6. Coordinate with technical teams for project success.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Data & AI.
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence frameworks and approaches, including Generative AI and LLM best practices.
• Experience with Analytics, Business Intelligence, visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Data Modeling in Cloud environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range is €60,000 to €80,000, depending on experience, with potential bonuses, stock options, and a training budget. The company offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and impact.
