Position: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and talented Project Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will manage key client projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired results. You will handle client relationships, coordinate with technical teams, maintain project documentation, and oversee testing processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage organization of client projects and lead end-to-end initiatives.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet objectives.
3. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
4. Create and maintain project documentation and meeting notes.
5. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Data & AI fields.
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence frameworks and approaches, including Generative AI (LLM).
• Experience with Analytics and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Data Modeling in Cloud Infrastructures.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Preferred:

• Experience in a consultancy environment.
• Fluency in French or Spanish.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary ranges from €60,000 to €80,000, based on experience, with potential bonuses, stock options, and a training budget. Performance reviews will align compensation with contributions.
