We are looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager to join our Operations team.

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the organization of key client projects. You will lead end-to-end initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet desired results. You'll manage client and stakeholder relationships, adhere to project timelines, create and maintain documentation and meeting notes, track tests performed on solutions, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure success.

Requirements

What you have

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Data & AI field
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (main frameworks and approaches) and Generative AI (LLM best practices)
• Experience with Analytics and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Data Modeling in Cloud infrastructures
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency with the Office suite
• Experience managing client relationships
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking
• Fluency in Italian and English

• Experience in a consultancy firm
• Fluency in French or Spanish
