IK Multimedia seeks a Senior Software Application Engineer to develop cutting-edge music software for Windows, macOS, and iOS. You will design architectures, contribute to cross‑platform audio applications, and collaborate with an international team to deliver high‑quality plugins and tools.

You will work within the Application Development team of the Software Development Department, reporting to the Lead Software Engineer or Head of Software Development. Proficiency in English is required.

Competenze

• Strong proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming.
• Deep understanding of multithreading and real-time applications.
• Experience with the JUCE C++ framework for cross-platform audio apps.
• Proficiency with OpenGL, Metal, or Vulkan for graphics work.
• Familiarity with Apple Xcode and Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of software development paradigms and best practices.
• Experience designing and developing large-scale software projects.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
