Mynameis is seeking a motivated and skilled Senior CRM Developer in Turbigo, Italy, who ideally has over 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The candidate will manage the full CRM project lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of scalable and secure solutions. The role involves analyzing client requirements, integrating systems, and developing workflows. This position offers a dynamic environment with the opportunity for professional growth and 2 days of remote work weekly.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Senior CRM Developer, ideally with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, though candidates with experience in other CRM systems are also welcome.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of solid experience and the ability to manage the full lifecycle of CRM projects, from requirements analysis to implementation and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will be key in delivering scalable, secure, and integrated CRM solutions, guiding clients through implementation and driving adoption of new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements, gather specifications, and configure the CRM system accordingly.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Integrate the CRM with other enterprise systems.
• Develop workflows, plugins, custom entities, and reports to support business processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by anticipating challenges and introducing new technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the CRM system.
• Provide guidance and support to clients, ensuring optimal user experience.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a CRM Developer, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, customization, and configuration.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM administration, security, and permissions management.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and SQL query writing is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
