Job Description:

Italy Country Senior Growth Manager – Competitive Salary – Italy, Spain, UK - Remote

Sphere has a long-standing partnership with a European HealthTech company that has created a platform for wellbeing and mental health. They work with thousands of psychologists and therapists across various specialisms. The company is revolutionizing the mental health industry by normalizing therapy and making it accessible for all.

Due to their success, they are hiring a Senior Country Growth Manager specifically for the Italian market.

Responsibilities:

• Own the P&L, manage budgets, and set targets for Italy.
• Plan and monitor market growth in Italy, including ATL, BTL, digital marketing, organic marketing, and branding.
• Oversee performance monitoring and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure marketing alignment for Italy.
• Lead campaign launches and implement brand strategies to maximize market penetration.
• Have at least 7 years of experience in cross-channel marketing and launching successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with high-growth tech startups, with a proactive and independent approach.
• Be analytical and data-driven.
• Be an Italian market expert (native Italian required) with fluency in English.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of reporting to C-suite and collaborating with stakeholders to meet KPIs.
