Sphere has a long-standing partnership with a European HealthTech company that has created a platform for wellbeing and mental health. They have thousands of psychologists and therapists skilled in various specialisms. They are revolutionizing the mental health industry by normalizing therapy and making it accessible for all.

Due to their success, they are hiring a Senior Country Growth Manager specifically for the Italian market.

Responsibilities:

• Own the P&L, budget, spend management, and target setting for Italy.
• Lead planning and monitoring of market growth in Italy, including ATL, BTL, digital marketing, organic marketing, and branding.
• Oversee performance monitoring and work cross-functionally with stakeholders to align marketing strategies for Italy.
• Lead, drive, and execute campaign launches and brand strategies for market penetration.
• Require at least 7 years of experience in cross-channel marketing and launching successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience with high-growth tech startups and a self-starter mentality.
• Highly analytical and data-driven approach.
• Native Italian speaker with fluency in English.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of reporting to C-suite and collaborating with stakeholders to meet goals and KPIs.
