Italian-based psychology health-tech scale-up looking for a Senior Country Growth Manager for Italy.

Sphere has recently partnered with a European Health Tech company that has created a platform for well-being and mental health. They have thousands of psychologists and therapists skilled in various specialisms. They are revolutionizing the mental health industry by helping normalize therapy and making it accessible for all.

As a result of their success, they are hiring a Senior Country Growth Manager specifically for the Italian market.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the P&L, budget, spend management, and target setting for Italy.
2. Plan and monitor market growth for Italy, covering ATL, BTL, digital marketing, organic marketing, and branding.
3. Oversee performance monitoring and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align marketing strategies for Italy.
4. Lead, drive, and execute campaign launches and brand strategies for market penetration.

Essential Experience:

1. At least 7 years of experience in cross-channel marketing and successful campaign launches.
2. Experience working with high-growth tech startups, with a self-starter and independent mentality.
3. Strong analytical and data-driven skills.
4. Native Italian speaker with fluency in English, with expertise in the Italian market.
5. Excellent communication skills, capable of reporting to C-suite and collaborating with stakeholders to meet goals and KPIs.
