As a Senior MEP Cost Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared achievement. In this role, you will:

• Analyze cost reports and review them regularly with senior management.
• Conduct budget preparation, including detailed cost modeling, benchmarking analysis, and reviews with senior management.
• Manage project costs against budgets, including cost reviews, value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives to enhance client value.
• Oversee financial close-out processes on projects, including vendor settlements.
• Guide commercial change management and evaluate change efforts.
• Oversee RFP processes through to procurement for project services and products.
• Proactively lead all efforts related to commercial risk management.
• Review analytics for project portfolio cash flow and earned value analysis.

• Have M&E cost management experience from a consultancy background.
• Have worked on hyperscale data centers, pharmaceutical, or heavy industrial projects.
• Understand the business model and market opportunities.
• Possess a degree or equivalent experience in construction, business, finance, or related fields.
• Have a strong sense of ownership and accountability, thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Are detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Enjoy managing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
