As a Senior MEP Cost Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared achievement. In this role you will :

1. Analyze cost reports and review findings with senior management.
2. Prepare budgets, including detailed cost modeling and benchmarking, with oversight from senior management.
3. Manage project costs against budgets, including cost reviews, value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives to enhance client value.
4. Oversee project financial close-out, including vendor settlements.
5. Guide commercial change management and evaluate change efforts.
6. Manage RFPs through procurement for project services and products.
7. Lead commercial risk management proactively.
8. Review analytics related to project cash flow and earned value analysis.

1. Have M&E cost management experience from a consultancy background.
2. Have worked on hyperscale data centers, pharmaceutical, or heavy industrial projects.
3. Understand business models and market opportunities.
4. Possess a degree or equivalent experience in construction, business, finance, or related fields.
5. Have a strong sense of ownership and thrive in fast-paced environments.
6. Are excellent communicators, both verbally and in writing.
7. Are detail-oriented and focused on quality.
8. Enjoy managing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
