A leading consultancy firm in the construction industry seeks a Senior Cost Manager to join its Italian Project & Cost Management team. About the Role: As part of our ongoing growth in the Italian Project & Cost Management team, Cumming Group is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Cost Manager with expertise in the hotel and hospitality sectors. You will play a key role in expanding our Italian portfolio, focusing on the refurbishment and repositioning of existing hotels and the development of new hotel properties. We are interested in candidates passionate about the hospitality industry, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong track record of project delivery.
The responsibilities of a Senior Cost Manager include:
Key Attributes: Degree qualified (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline. Working towards Chartered status. Ideally, at least X years of experience in the Hospitality industry. A team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic, and ambitious. A likable and warm personality that fits into and becomes an integral part of the team. Experience working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines. Background in hospitality or real estate.
