Airswift is seeking an experienced Cost Engineer / Estimator for a major EPC capital project in Milan. The role focuses on cost management, estimating, CAPEX planning and project controls to keep delivery aligned with budget and schedule.

Key duties include developing cost reports, forecasting funds, managing change orders and reflecting cost data across reports and dashboards. 5–10 years in the field and experience with SAP/Power BI are preferred.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in cost management and estimating.
• Experience on capital EPC projects and practical estimating.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain cost reports, cash flow and contingency analyses.
• Provide cost estimates and manage change orders per procedure.
• Forecast funds to complete project within budget and schedule.
• Ensure accurate cost data in weekly/monthly reports and dashboards.
