1. Work with the Senior Art Director to create highly crafted content and ensure the quality of all creative deliverables throughout the project.
2. Lead creative presentations to the global client.
3. Build and nurture strong client relationships.
4. Promote a culture of creative excellence and innovation.
5. Mentor and develop young talents.

Qualifications

If in your past experience you:

• Have developed your experience in all aspects of copywriting: concepts, scripts, dialogues, storytelling, headlines, claims.
• Were involved in all steps of the creative development process, from concept to production.
• Have the ability to present work confidently in meetings with clients and during new business pitches.
• Support the agency in fostering a creative and collaborative environment, mentoring junior talents to elevate the standard of creative proposals.

If You Are / Have:

• Passionate about trends and innovations.
• Italian native speaker (knowledge of English is mandatory).
• 4 to 6 years of experience in international communication agencies.
• Recognized expertise in advertising, digital, and collateral.
• Excellent presentation skills that foster and develop existing and new client relationships.
