What you’ll achieve

At Dedalus, the product and R&D teams (grouped into a Product Business Unit or PBU) are central. With a complex operation across 20 countries and hundreds of products, as a Senior Controller, you will help maintain control of the business and assist in strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with PBU leaders, regional leaders, finance, and shared functions. You need to be a forward-thinking finance professional capable of influencing and shaping group strategy.

The PBU finance team manages the PBU's expenses—working with key organizational leaders. We focus on staffing strategies (internal/external), third-party spend, and capitalization.

This role requires driving the PBU and regions to produce and sell the right products, in the right places, at the right times to maximize group Cash EBITDA.

• At least 5 years of finance experience
• Willingness to learn beyond core finance
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in a multinational/international business across multiple countries
• Knowledge of additional languages such as French and/or German (preferred)
• A degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance
• Experience in a technology or healthcare environment
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally
