Une entreprise leader dans le secteur de l'énergie recherche un Contrôleur Senior pour coordonner et analyser les budgets de projet, tout en fournissant des recommandations financières aux dirigeants. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en comptabilité ou finance et au moins 3-4 ans d'expérience dans un rôle financier similaire, avec de solides compétences en analyse et en gestion d'équipe.

Competenze

• Minimum de 3 à 4 ans d'expérience en tant que Contrôleur de projet ou dans un rôle financier similaire.
• Connaissances approfondies des GAAP et des rapports financiers.
• Expérience dans le secteur de l'énergie ou de l'ingénierie est un plus.

Senior Controller

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate, collect data and prepare / update Project business plans, capex / cash flow budgets and forecasts, with attention to timing and respecting deadlines. Report variances and analyze financial performance against the budget. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management. Oversee the preparation of internal and external financial reports, with attention to public incentives’ reporting (PNRR compliance). Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with Italian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS, other regulatory requirements. Improve current company processes and ensure the collection and payment of the invoices generated by the company. Develop and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Finance Director in Italy and executive team to develop financial strategies to meet business objectives. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes. Support mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.

Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3 / 4 years of proven experience as a Project Controller or in a similar senior finance role. Experience in Energy, Project Management or Engineering sectors and in public accounting are a plus. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Business Central) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
