The ideal candidate has a Master's degree and extensive experience, along with strong analytical and financial skills. This role involves developing reporting tools and supporting decision-making processes. You will work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, requiring fluency in Italian and English.

Reporting to the FP&A Director, the position will be part of the FP&A team within the Italy & Greece Finance department, They/she/he will be responsible for the FP&A activities for shared service functions/ brands.

How will you make an impact?

• Involved in the budgeting and forecasting activities on a yearly and quarterly basis.
• Responsible for the performance analysis vs plan on a monthly/quarterly basis, monitor trends and propose achievable action/corrective plans to drive targets achievement/further investments. Support, monitor and follow up the execution.
• With an innovative mindset, you will develop and maintain digital reporting tools to drive financial targets and allow the team to rely on data resources for the explanation of performance.
• Constantly and proactively support the business with ad/hoc analysis, accurate and timely financial information critical to business leader's decision making. Provide commercial analysis, develop growth targets, and evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Play a key role in the preparation of capital Investment projects, providing financial insights to support the decision process.
• Ability to articulate finance issues in a clear and concise manner, adjusting style for various audiences.
• Work in conjunction with the Reporting teams to ensure proper and accurate P&L/BS management during the closing period.

How will you experience success with us?

• Master’s degree in appropriate discipline (Accounting, Finance, Engineering). Qualified ACA /ACCA/ CIMA / CPA is a plus
• Extensive previous relevant experience in FP&A/Financial Controlling & Reporting
• Excellent modelling skills (Microsoft Office Excel, Knowledge of VBA/Power BI is a plus)
• Solid financial background and business acumen
• A robust analytical skill-set
• Strong attention to details and Analytical background
• Ability to work with tight deadlines, multiple projects and activities
• Able to effectively work as a team member
• Entrepreneurship and agile mindset
• Continous improvement mindset, challeing status quo to improve efficiency
• Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus
