Your Tasks

• You advise our customers in the insurance environment in agile transformation and digitalization projects.
• You support teams in the transition from traditional management techniques to agile methods.
• You support agile teams by facilitating specific ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives and coach team members.
• You represent the team externally and coordinate with the product owner and stakeholders.
• You analyze and improve your customer’s agile practices, considering processes, culture, and technology.
• You prepare customer meetings and lead workshops.
• You support our team in the continuous development of our services and contribute your own ideas and topics.

Your Profile

• You hold a University degree
• You have proven professional experience as a Scrum Master, agile project manager or in a comparable position in an agile environment
• You have experience using agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, VersionOne, Azure DevOps)
• You have first experience in the transformation of a classic organization to a (scaled) agile organization
• You have business fluency in German and English
