Job Description:

Your Tasks

• Advise customers in the insurance sector on agile transformation and digitalization projects.
• Support teams transitioning from traditional management to agile methods.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; coach team members.
• Represent the team externally and coordinate with product owners and stakeholders.
• Analyze and improve clients' agile practices, considering processes, culture, and technology.
• Prepare customer meetings and lead workshops.
• Contribute to the continuous development of our services with your ideas and initiatives.

Your Profile

• University degree.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, agile project manager, or similar role in an agile environment.
• Experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, VersionOne, Azure DevOps).
• Experience in transforming traditional organizations into scaled agile organizations.
• Business fluency in German and English.
