NTT DATA Italy is seeking a “Consultant SAP Extended Warehouse Management” for its offices in Milan (Roma and Naples considered).

The candidate should have at least 4-5 years of experience in process analysis, design, and technical system configuration, in similar contexts or projects involving SAP EWM maintenance and implementation.

The role involves participating in international projects to support clients, becoming a trusted reference point, and ensuring continuous evolution aimed at optimizing business processes.

The candidate will work both at NTT DATA offices and client sites, respecting current health and safety guidelines.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing application solutions, supporting the development team, and documenting functional and technical specifications.
• Configuring the system based on defined solutions, managing change requests, and producing contractual deliverables.
• Defining and executing test cases—Unit, Functional, Integration, User Acceptance, and No Regression tests—with relevant documentation.
• Managing deployment activities, monitoring transports, performing necessary technical parameterization, and verifying functionality post-deployment.
• Providing specific module training upon client request, preparing training environments, support materials, and manuals.

Required Skills

• At least 4 years of experience with SAP EWM, preferably in manufacturing and pharmaceutical projects.
• Excellent knowledge of EWM module, including in AMS context.
• RF EWM configuration experience.
• Experience with WM is a qualifying but not mandatory factor.
• Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and result-oriented approach.
• Ability to engage with clients with a consultative approach.
• Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and stress management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
