Your role and responsibilities

Joining the Financial Services Team in Milan, you will work closely with the Banking & Insurance sector on projects such as: business process reengineering, digital transformation, and performance improvement. This role involves working on significant national and international projects, focusing on enhancing business efficiency and digitization.

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Defining strategic development and growth opportunities in the insurance sector
  • Developing industrial and business plans
  • Conducting feasibility studies for new businesses and innovative products
  • Managing complex strategic reorganization transactions and business integration deals
  • Defining and implementing business strategies for major financial institutions
  • Analyzing market trends, benchmarking, and sector evolution
  • Defining operating models and performance improvement programs, utilizing innovative technological solutions
Your skills and characteristics

This opportunity is ideal if you have:

  • A master’s degree in Management Engineering, Finance, Management, or related fields, with a focus on financial services
  • Over 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in consulting or multinational companies
  • Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English, with international study or work experience preferred
