Join Our Advisory - Equity Capital Markets Team

In our team, you will challenge your talent and ideas through stimulating projects. Working alongside top professionals, you will acquire skills in the following activities:

1. IPO Support: Providing advice during the IPO process for companies seeking to list on the stock exchange, including assistance in preparing financial sections of the prospectus, supporting the issuance of comfort letters, and liaising with legal firms, investment banks, and other stakeholders.
2. Debt Issuance Support: Assisting companies in designing and executing debt issuance operations, including drafting necessary documents and managing relationships with legal advisors and underwriting banks.
3. Accounting Transition Assistance: Supporting companies in transitioning between different accounting standards, such as converting from ITA GAAP to IAS/IFRS, ensuring compliance and transparency in financial communications.
4. Complex Accounting Issues: Providing advice on complex accounting topics and preparing tailored accounting manuals.

Qualifications:

• Graduated in Economics or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in major auditing firms working with industrial clients.
• Experience in the activities described above is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of financial statements and consolidated accounts.
• Excellent understanding of Italian accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of IAS/IFRS standards.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual.
• Ability to work well in a team and interact with clients' professionals.
• Proactive with problem-solving skills.
