I candidati ideali hanno 3-5 anni di esperienza, una laurea in discipline tecniche e una buona conoscenza dell'inglese. Overview

HSPI S.p.A., a leader in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is looking for two Senior Consultant Demand and PMO to join an existing team of Management Consultants and work on new projects at important clients on the national scene.

What you will be in charge of

• Demand Management: analysis of customer needs, prioritisation of requirements, elicitation and documentation of requirements
• Planning, management and coordination of Cloud application implementation projects
• Process analysis, identification of areas for improvement, proposal of corrective actions and development of procedures
• Change Management: definition of organisational change plans aimed at the adoption of new processes
• Customer relationship management, in order to ensure the satisfaction of contractually defined requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 and maximum 5 years' experience in the above functions and activities, preferably in consulting companies
• Organisational autonomy
• Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering / Electronics / Computer Science, Economics or other scientific fields
• Good knowledge of the English language
