The opportunity and your responsibilities:

1. You will work with major international insurance players, combining technical skills, proven consulting abilities, and sector knowledge to help them solve their most complex problems. You will be involved in technology-enabled transformation projects where insurance companies aim to strengthen their performance by improving their business and IT processes.
2. You will manage digital transformation projects in the Insurance sector, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality objectives are met.
3. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and their providers to define project requirements and develop detailed work plans.
4. You will monitor and report project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks.
5. You will facilitate meetings and workshops with clients to gather feedback and ensure alignment on project goals.
6. You will contribute to project documentation, including progress reports and post-project analyses.

The skills we are looking for:

• A degree in STEM subjects (mathematics, computer science, engineering), economics, or Law, preferably focused on technological pathways (e.g., Digital/Security specialization).
• An analytical mindset, flexibility, and team spirit.
• 1-2 years of experience in Project Management, preferably but not necessarily in digital transformation contexts and in the Insurance sector.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in teams and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
• A good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and collaboration software.
• Advanced proficiency in Italian and English (German is a plus).
