You lead complex client engagements from start to finish, guiding strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment. You mentor junior consultants and contribute to building a high-performing team. You collaborate across functions to drive innovation and present clear insights to senior leadership. You will shape thought leadership and ensure engagements meet consulting standards, making a measurable impact on clients and the firm.

• Design, develop, and optimize consulting templates and methodologies to improve service delivery
• Lead complex client engagements from initiation to completion, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholders
• Conduct in-depth business process analysis and provide strategic recommendations for organizational improvement
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering continuous learning
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify best practices and drive consulting innovation
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and client executives
• Contribute to thought leadership content and industry insights
• Ensure compliance with consulting standards and organizational policies across engagements
• 5+ years of professional experience in management or strategy consulting or related advisory roles
