Catenon is assisting an international leading QSR company to hire a Senior Construction Manager to lead the execution of new openings across Italy, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards. Reporting to the Group Expansion Construction Director, the role oversees external engineering firms, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers from planning through to opening.

Competenze

• Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Around 15 years of experience in construction and site management.
• Solid experience gained within a construction company, contractor or general contractor environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in construction execution and site management.
• Proven experience managing contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, budgets and project timelines.
• Experience in fast-track construction, fit-out, retail, hospitality, restaurants, supermarkets or other multi-site environments will be highly valued.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of permitting, construction processes and site operations.
• Fluent Italian and professional English are required.
• Willingness and availability to travel extensively across Italy.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Pragmatic, proactive and execution-oriented mindset.

Our client, an international leading QSR company currently undergoing a major expansion across Italy, is looking for a Senior Construction Manager to lead the execution of new openings across Italy, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to the required quality standards.

Reporting directly to the Group Expansion Construction Director, this role will be responsible for overseeing external engineering firms, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the construction process, from planning and permitting through to completion and opening.

This is a highly operational, hands-on role, ideal for a senior construction professional coming from a contractor/construction company environment and looking to take the next step into an in-house position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
