The CONSTRUCTION SENIOR ENGINEER is primarily assigned to a project and integrated within the Project Team to oversee both Home Office and Site construction activities. Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the Construction Manager (CSM) in executing duties and preparing deliverables across project phases.
2. Assisting the CSM at site in managing and coordinating subcontractors and field activities worldwide.
3. Serving as the daily link between the CSM, Project Team, and Engineering departments to ensure timely and complete deliverables aligned with project data, construction requirements, and environmental conditions.
4. Supporting the preparation of Bid Inquiry packages and technical qualifications in coordination with the CSM and Subcontracting section.
5. Following up on Bid Inquiries and technical responses during the bidding phase, maintaining records of bid bulletins.
6. Preparing technical Bid tabulations and recommendations for final negotiations and awards.
7. Managing Working Requisitions (WR) and Site Operating Conditions.
8. Supporting the application of the Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodology.
9. Preparing the Construction Execution Plan (CEP) and Conductability studies as indicated by the CSM.
10. Contributing to the design of Temporary Construction Facilities and Camps, if applicable.
11. Developing the Project Construction deliverables list.
12. Supporting HSE, Quality, and Project planning activities related to construction deliverables.

Essential background components include:

1. Educational Foundation: Graduated in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Civil, Energy, or Chemical.
2. Seniority: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with direct site experience preferred.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in English and Italian, good knowledge of OFFICE suite, and familiarity with AUTOCAD is advantageous.
4. Soft Skills: Willingness for international mobility, teamwork in multicultural environments, goal-oriented attitude, and organizational/coordination skills.

The Construction Senior Engineer reports hierarchically to the Construction Engineering Group Leader and functionally to the CSM for specific project activities.
