Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Logistics channel development: assist the Country manager in developing logistics providers in the market;
2. Commercial negotiation: support the Country Manager in business negotiations and facilitate relevant processes;
3. Business optimization: help optimize logistics routes and processes, improve service quality, and reduce costs;
4. Logistics management: participate in setting supplier assessment standards, perform monthly KPI assessments, and assist providers in continuous improvement.

Job requirements:

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or vendor management; cross-border logistics experience is a plus.

2. Professional Skills

• Knowledge of logistics market operations and local provider resources in the target region.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proven experience in business discussions.
• Understanding of logistics cost control, process optimization, and KPI management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools) for decision support.

3. Language & Communication

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); proficiency in an additional local language is a plus.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
