Job Title : Senior Commercial Manager for Data Centre Development

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Commercial Manager for Data Centre Development . We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the commercial aspects of a large-scale data centre development project in Milan, Italy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, budgets, and cash flow throughout all phases of construction. They will also prepare, review, and update monthly cost reports and forecasts. Additionally, they will support the procurement process, including preparation of tender documentation, analysis of subcontractor quotations, and negotiation of commercial terms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Cost Management : Manage and monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow throughout all phases of construction.
• Procurement Support : Support the procurement process, including preparation of tender documentation, analysis of subcontractor quotations, and negotiation of commercial terms.
• Commercial Reporting : Prepare, review, and update monthly cost reports and forecasts.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree-qualified background in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent. You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience on large-scale construction projects, ideally including data centres, high-tech industrial, or critical infrastructure.

You will also need to have strong analytical and negotiation skills, as well as excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, and knowledge of cost management software tools is preferred.
