The role oversees low to moderate complexity projects, develops monitoring tools, coordinates start-up activities, and drives budgeting and resource management across regional or global teams; travel is frequently domestic and international.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).

Aufgaben

• Manage all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies, of low to moderate complexity, in compliance with ICH GCP.
• Develop clinical tools (e.g. Monitoring Plan, Monitoring Guidelines) and contribute to the Master Action Plan (MAP); ensure Trial Master File readiness.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and other departments to meet deliverables and lead team meetings; implement standardized monitoring processes.
• Ensure achievement of final deliverable within contract timelines and monitor progress with metrics; monitor trials and manage CRF collection and queries.
• Coordinate start-up activities and ensure timely ethics committee/regulatory submissions; ensure essential document quality.
• Provide input into forecasts and manage clinical resources, assignment, delegation, and budgeting.
