SENIOR CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE - MULTINATIONAL INCOMING

Are you a proactive, client-focused professional with a passion for international programs? We're seeking a talented Senior Client Representative to become a vital part of our Multinational Incoming Team at Marsh Italy, based in Milan.

About The Role

Our Multinational Incoming Team manages and develops international insurance programs for clients represented by the Italian branches of global multinationals. As a Senior Client Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Client Executives, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and addressing the unique needs of a diverse portfolio of international clients.

Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, companies, and the Marsh network for property, liability, and FinPro programs;
  • Assisting Client Executives with contract reviews and maintaining relationships with both the producing office and local clients;
  • Overseeing policy issuance, ensuring compliance with program instructions, managing premium payments, issuing certificates, and supporting clients with international policies;
  • Leading the activity and outputs of the central Operational Team;
  • Managing local policies for assigned clients, including Property, Multi-line, Employer's Liability, Civil Liability, Environmental, Transport, and Legal Protection;
  • Coordinating with specialized teams (BENEFIT, MOTOR, FINPRO, TRANSPORT, CREDIT, SURETIES, ADVISORY) to manage risks effectively;
  • Utilizing management platforms such as MGC (Marsh Global Connect), Eurotrade, PDCS, and others.
Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in insurance or related fields;
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and Italian;
  • Solid knowledge of Property and Liability insurance policies;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to work independently, organize tasks efficiently, and focus on achieving goals.
